Creating video ads

Video is a first-class output in the create flow — switch the media toggle from image to video and the composer adapts. There are two ways to get a video ad:

  • Directly in the create flow — set the media toggle to video before you generate.
  • From an existing image— use the “Bring it to life” action on any generated asset to animate it.

Videos start from a reference image

Video generation always animates a starting image, so a reference is required. In practice the best workflow is: generate a static ad you love first, then animate it — you keep full control over the frame the video opens on.

What can I configure?

You choose the video model, clip duration, resolution, and whether to generate audio (some models always include audio). These choices drive the cost: video is priced per second of footage, and the rate depends on the model and resolution — see How do credits work? for details.

Pro tip
Start with a shorter, lower-resolution clip to validate the motion and concept, then re-run the winner at higher quality. Per-second pricing makes cheap drafts genuinely cheap.
