Troubleshooting
My output does not look good — what do I do?
Before editing or regenerating, identify what specifically is not working. Here is a quick diagnosis guide:
The colors are wrong or off-brand
Go back to your Brand Identity settings and update your color palette. The colors in your ads are pulled directly from your brand settings. If the auto-detected colors are incorrect, update them manually to match your exact brand hex codes.
The ad does not communicate the right message
This almost always comes back to the product description. Update it to be more specific about the transformation your product creates, who it is for, and what pain it solves. A feature-heavy description will produce feature-heavy ads. Rewrite it with outcomes and transformation at the centre, then regenerate.
The visual style feels generic or AI-generated
Make sure you have uploaded high-quality, specific images to your product assets. The more real, authentic images you provide, the less the AI has to generate from scratch. Also check that your brand aesthetics and values are well-defined in your brand settings — vague aesthetic descriptions lead to generic outputs.
The target audience is wrong for this ad
If the ad is speaking to the wrong person, check that you selected the correct target audience when setting up the campaign. You can also edit your target audience to refine the pain points and goals, then regenerate.
The text or headline is not what I want
Write your own headline and sub-headline in the messaging fields during campaign setup. If you want the AI to generate the copy, add a custom instruction that tells it what angle or message to focus on.
The generation seems stuck or failed
Generation runs in the background, so feel free to browse other pages — you will be notified when it finishes. If a generation fails, the credits for the failed assets are automatically refunded and you can try again.
